    Designed to operate via two fieldbuses simultaneously, the Altivar 78 will ease the retrofit of machine control systems. Available protocols are Modbus, Profibus, DP, LonWorks, CANopen, and DeviceNet.

    Broad range of rating available – The following drives are available:

    2 to 300HP constant torque (2 to 400 HP variable torque); 600/690 VAC, three-phase input
    Higher horsepower will be available by 3Q2004.
